About the Founder

Phillip John Hohapata‑Oke (Oke)

Mauri tū, mauri ora; mauri noho, mauri mate.

This principle shapes how I understand movement, alignment, and the behaviour of systems. My work is grounded in mauri, mana, and tikanga — not as concepts, but as structural forces that determine how things hold, break, and realign.

I work upstream — at the level where alignment is created, not where problems are managed. My background gives me a natural literacy for patterns, timing, and system behaviour. I don’t operate through trends or surface frameworks; I work at the structural layer that everything else depends on.

I authored the upstream architecture and the mechanism that makes it real. My work comes from lived experience — years of watching how systems behave, how coherence fractures, and how alignment is restored when you intervene at the right layer.

I don’t operate in noise.

I operate where the real shifts happen.
